心情不好,让情绪沉淀.....

首先来个自我介绍. 我叫阿莫,27岁属狗,身高178cm,体重0.09顿。祖籍潮洲。无不良嗜好，除了喝喝小酒，唱唱歌，打打拳，说说废话。

 

自我介绍后，来个‘想当年’。2008年的我做了什么Baliah事呢？好像不少。。。。参加了5场婚礼，做了3场的兄弟（两肋插刀，壮士一去不复返之志）。。。。。。就好像没什么了。果然好枯燥的生活，工作的机器。。。。

 

前几天跟老豆聊天，说着说着就废一下。老豆说：我幺儿有条件，家境不差，无过分不良嗜好，不烟小酒，怎么还没消息呢？。。。。。。俺笑笑说道：谁叫你儿害羞涅！！！！瞬时间空气结冰了！对啦，就是我含羞答答的，神经大条才会落到此地步。

 

工作，工作，又是工作。。。。。。今天才努力的让游泳池入水，最后的入水了，又是被逼出来的。同一个工地Capella，就混了两年又四个月的工程师，工钱升三回，吃了3回开工鸿门宴，发现活着是幸福的。这个工地，从开始的地基到盖顶，到拆旧楼到上屋顶，到水沟马路加游泳池，好像是混了一圈，最满足的是银行的数字上得挺快的。建筑这行真的难搞: 固定时间上班下班未知数。。。、放工时一身汗臭味、双手晒黑的、两句话不到就问候人家老娘。。。。等等的，让年轻人见识到钱难赚，才会明白存钱的意义。好像我，有小钱不过没有空花。

 

这个二月份参加了德贤（读Polytechnic时的同居密友)的婚礼晚宴。同席的竟然是我老豆好朋友兼生意伙伴的千金。。。。世界真是 XX的小。那晚喝了小酒 High 了，做了很‘敢死’的事，看来又出名了。

 

现在迷上了National Geographic，有事没事时就买一本翻翻看增广见闻；还有读一读‘墨子’，研究一下老墨的思想，发现其理论有些矛盾。读书断章取义其实是有道理的。

 

还记得有一次搭的回宿舍，那时电台介绍孔丘。那时就我就发表了‘学以致用’。读书就是要通。那么‘通’因该怎样表现呢？就是要拿来用就对了嘛！求知识后就要拿来用嘛！死读书的人就会想不开，钻牛角尖而XXXXXX了。可悲啊！天才就是如此：聪明过头而想不开。结果就应验了天才早死的道理。‘通’，就是要通。

 

哎呀！灵感好多，又很累了。没法子了，改天再继续记录。。。牛年因该会很快乐的。

一晃就是十二个月了。部落格已经有了生锈发霉的感觉了。没办法，就胡乱贴些咚咚。。。。。

Last week the earth of Unit Villa B5 was excavated out to expose more Hidden risk under the backfilled ground. Once the wall was exposed half way, the tie beam between the beams had been found that Damage. Most of them was damaged at the middle, and 1 had been shear off at the joining part to the stump.

 

During construction time, 2 tie beams was provided to tie back the walls, one big and little wall. After this two walls was digged out, the tie beam also give way. HOLLY SHIT!!! it damaged in artistic way.

 

Our Professional Engineer comment that our backfill method was not carrying out in proper way. Tie beam is used to tie back the long member. By right it could not suffer any load at the middle from top. However, we continuing backfilled until the top, and earth beneath tie beam was not compacted properly. Therefore, once the earth had been topping up, loads on the beam increased, and earth beneath give way. That's the reason why the beam was damaged. Which means that that 2 walls still structurally safe.

 

This matter only settled by conversation. They haven't issued any black and white. So, it still a long way to solve this problem.

I want to share this incident that happened in my Job site. Just let me describe how's this building. This building is called Villa B5, and same kind of units have 5 in this job site. Because of the design level, Unit 1 and 5 was built 4.5 meters higher than the others. Despite, beam & slab of Villa B5 was supported by 4 meter height of stumps. Therefore, tie beam was provided to prevent the buckling effect of stumps, somemore to provide a further support to the wall beside.

 

However, due to some unwanted accident and manners (rain, backfilling, water drainage etc), a column stump at swimming pool location was out of position to 200mm. Opppsssss, something wrong with this column already. It was damaged? or it just setting up problem? After some discussion, we started to excavate this column to expose the truth.

 

Once we excavated down, some obvious crack lines have been attracting our attention until the tie beam was exposed. The tie beam was totally rotated, and have made the stumps beside shear off. Yeah! this considered as structural failure. The stump was found a serious crack at its bottom, and already sheared off.

 

Beside it, the tie beam that tying the wall was totally damaged and performed as V shape. Its steel bars was broken but no crushing of concrete was found.

 

These tie beam was designed in 250X400, and reinforced as 4T13 and T10 in 200mm spacing center to center. From this incident, we can see that this tie beam was not designed to its ultimate limit state, as rebars broken but concrete still remain good.

 

Since this happened, the damaged members was removed (hacked, or cut it) and redo again.

 

 

好久没上线，久久想上BLOG发表些东西，但心有余而力不足啊！

 

好吧！毕业之后，无所事事一个月了。。。。。。到沙巴玩耍去！还看到生平第一只大青龟。

 

回老家后，又废了两个星期。天天早起打拳运动。好不痛快！！

 

但是，好景不常。九月中以电邮的方式寄出了我第一张履历表。而后，又寄给了另一个公司。结果都获得了面试的机会。真是太不幸了。。。。。

 

我只去了第一家公司的面试，又很没天理地那公司聘请了我，还列出了好像很不错的待遇和薪金。结果就很懒惰之下，上了这公司的贼船。好不幸啊！

 

现在我工作的地方有阳光，沙滩和大海。每天看着椰树摇逸。天天听着海浪声，看着油槽船来来往往。海边游玩的旅客，和夹带着汗水的我成了强烈对比。才两个星期就晒成了黑炭。。。。。

 

睡觉成了我唯一的奢侈品了！
